• Connecting the 4-vacuum pump in a series for the short header length of 9.5 m approx.
• To compensate the axial expansion of the header appropriately to reduce the nozzle loads at the vacuum pump outlet.
• Modelling the equipment to consider the effect of the thermal expansion.
